Directions to Stub Stewart:

  • From Portland: travel west on US 26 past MP 46 to State Route 47 (signed for Vernonia/Clatskanie)
  • Turn right and travel north on 47 for ~5 mi to MP 73
  • Turn right and follow the main road up to the Hilltop Day Use Area

NOTE: There is a self-registration station at the entry to parking where you can pay the per-vehicle day use fee. ($5)
