CROC member training - Intervals - Mt Tabor

The CROC member training series offers an opportunity to practice and improve orienteering skills and learn with others.  Each event will focus on particular orienteering aspects. The training series is for club members only. There is no cost for members for these informal events.

Interval Training

  • Mt. Tabor Park in SE Portland
  • Saturday, February 24, 2018
  • 10:00 a.m.

Interval training is to help with your speed on a course. Participants will navigate as fast as they can for four legs, then walk a short recovery distance, and then navigate at speed on the the next map of four legs . There are four maps, you can choose to do as many as you want. Closing time is noon.

Register with Anndy Wiselogle by February 22 to reserve a map and to find the meet up location.
